Full Time Position

• Based out of Bigfork, MT
• Monday - Friday
• No weekends
• Some overtime may be required during our peak season
• Tools and Equipment Provided

Wage: $25/hour depending on experience

Bonus earning potential of up to $12,500 depending on performance

We are seeking an individual who is customer focused, tech and computer savvy, and knows how to use basic hand tools, including how to read a tape measure. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, know how to priority and organize their day, and have a team-first mindset. Our Install Teams work inside and outside of customer's homes and frequently interacts with the customer to ensure they understand how to utilize the installed equipment.

• Prior install experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience.
• Prior experience working in and around customer homes is preferred.
• Clean, presentable appearance is a must!
• We are a smoke-free work environment.
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• License/Certification: Clean/Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Physical Requirements: frequently stoops, kneels, bends, crouches, reaches overhead, walks, and climbs ladders; regularly operates hand tools and machinery; stands for prolonged periods of time; frequently lifts, moves, and carries over 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs).
