Our client, a fast-paced 3PL Distribution Center, is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, support warehouse associates, and drive productivity in a high-volume environment. Schedule

Regular Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Training Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift for approximately 3–4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
Supervise warehouse associates by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS and AS400 systems.
Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements, shipping, and receiving activities.
Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or 3PL distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution, and material handling processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
