Job Overview:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marina buildings, docks, slips, and facilities.
- Maintain marina grounds, including mowing, trimming, weed control, landscaping, and cleanup.
- Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs, hazards, and repair opportunities.
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
- Operate and maintain maintenance equipment, power tools, lawn equipment, and utility vehicles.
- Assist with dock installation, repairs, and seasonal marina preparations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with marina regulations.
- Support marina operations and assist with special projects as needed.
