About FC Industries

Since 1972, FC Industries has grown from a single operation into a thriving, second-generation, family-owned manufacturing organization — and we're still expanding! Our growing campus reflects continued investment in our people, technology, and long-term future. With multiple divisions specializing in precision machining, metal fabrication, and advanced manufacturing, we serve industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to construction and infrastructure.

At FC Industries, you're not just joining a company — you're joining a team that values collaboration, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Whether you're an experienced machinist or looking to grow your manufacturing career, we provide the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you succeed.

Join our Machine Operations Team!

As a Lathe Operator, you'll operate machinery that manufactures threaded rebar couplers and other critical steel components used in major construction projects across the country. Every part you produce plays an important role in building safer, stronger structures.

Whether you already have machining experience or you're eager to learn, we'll provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you grow your manufacturing career. Many of our skilled operators have advanced into setup, quality, maintenance, supervision, and leadership roles.
