Machine Operator (Lathe Experience Required)

Location: Taylorsville, NC

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Pay: $18.00 per hour

SourceNow is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Taylorsville. This is a great opportunity for someone with lathe operating experience who is looking for a stable, full-time day shift position with long-term potential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes to produce quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
