Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate laser cutting and engraving machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine settings.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in laser operations is a plus.
• Proven experience as a laser operator or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices related to laser operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
