Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team in Middletown, OH. The position will be from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components for our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in laser operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a laser operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
