Job Summary

A growing manufacturing operation in Aberdeen, NC is looking for a dependable Laser Machine Operator to join its production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with machine operation or manufacturing experience who wants to build their skills in a specialized production environment. Previous laser experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-minded, and has strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Operate laser cutting machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Monitor machine operation and production output

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Follow production instructions and safety procedures

• Maintain attention to detail throughout the production process

• Stand and work for extended periods during a 10-hour shift

• Bend, stoop, grip, and grasp as required

• Work in an environment where exposure to machine fumes may occur

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 45 lbs.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Laser machine experience is a plus, but we will train

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, grasp, and lift up to 45 lbs.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machine fumes

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
