Responsibilities:- Configures and operates electrically/air-powered automatic forming and assembling machine.
Loading materials, forming and assembling parts based on prints and work instructions.
Follow safety set-up rules such as lockout/tag out, and safety requirements for the job.
Configures equipment, and adjusts dies, sensors, and settings.
Recognizing and reporting adverse conditions of the dies, performing periodic checks on equipment, and solving problems as detected.
Inspect production parts and record findings on the inspection sheet.
Monitor work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type, and quantity to be processed.
Run secondary machines in the department such as stamper, rivet gun, reamer, and balancing machine.
Perform any other task associated with production in or outside of the department.
