Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various landscaping projects.

• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional landscaping certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
