Job Overview

Silvis Group Landscaping is hiring motivated individuals for year-round landscaping and related services. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential, housing options, transportation support, and consistent overtime.

Key Responsibilities

(Varies by position)

• Perform landscaping and hardscaping tasks (installation, maintenance, site prep)
• Operate tools, machinery, or commercial vehicles (for CDL Drivers/Mechanics)
• Load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs
• Follow project timelines and meet deadlines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
• Assist team members to complete daily work efficiently
• Participate in winter snow removal operations (higher pay during winter tasks)

Work Schedule

• Typical Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Average Work Week: 45–50 hours
• Overtime available
• Work is year-round, including winter services

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$30/hour depending on role and experience
• Bi-weekly pay
• Overtime pay availableilv
• 90-day performance review (promotion opportunities)

Housing & Transportation

• Housing provided: $250/month
• Company vehicle provided (gas included for work commute)
• Office is 5 minutes from housing
• Walmart is 10 minutes away
• Airport is 45–60 minutes away
• Airport pickup provided
• Flights arranged from anywhere

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic to intermediate English
• Must pass a drug test
• Must pass a background check
• Must bring composite toe boots
• Must be willing to sign a housing rental agreement
• Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines

Additional Requirements for CDL Drivers

• Must transfer license to Pennsylvania within 60 days
• Pit Crew Policy applies:

Pay Policy

• Workers are paid once they arrive at the job site
• Drivers paid based on hauling activity (see above)
