Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping.
• Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces to ensure they are healthy and visually appealing.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and manage the health of plants and landscapes, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Assist in training new team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
