Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians in daily operations.
• Plan and execute landscape projects, including installation and maintenance of plants, turf, and hardscapes.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and equipment use.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in horticulture or landscape design is a plus.
• Proven experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of plants, landscape design, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
