Job Title: Landscaping and Snow Removal Crew Member

Location: Confidential (Twin Cities Metro Area, MN)

Compensation: $20 to $30 per hour

Shift: Multiple Shifts (Dependent on season and weather)

About Us: We are a premier property maintenance company in the Twin Cities actively scaling our field operations

. We are currently seeking at least three dedicated crew members to join us immediately, with plans to grow our core team to 10 to 12 members

What You Will Do:

• Winter Operations: Execute winter maintenance contracts, which heavily involves shoveling snow and operating plows

  .

• Spring and Summer Operations: Transition seamlessly into full landscaping duties as soon as the weather warms up

  .

• Quality Execution: Work alongside our core field team to ensure all client properties are maintained to exceptionally high standards year-round

  .

What We Need From You:

• Prior hands-on experience in the professional landscaping industry is required

  .

• The physical ability and willingness to work in harsh winter weather conditions for snow removal

  .

• Reliability and a strong work ethic, as you will be a key part of our expanding core team
