Summary of Primary Functions: Concrete Laborer – Batch Plant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

• Work on the batch plant side assisting with daily operations
• Clean and maintain plant grounds, including grass and gravel areas
• Wash and clean trucks and concrete mixers
• Assist with general labor tasks around the plant
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Previous concrete or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
