Pay Progression & Bonuses

• Starting Pay: $17.31/hour
• After 30 Days: $18.71/hour
• After 60 Days: $20.11/hour
• After 90 Days: $21.51/hour
• $100 Bonus after successfully completing your first week
• $500 Bonus after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period

Employees are eligible for union membership/representation following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

What You'll Do

General Laborers support the production of concrete pipe and related products. Duties may include:

• Perform finishing and repair work on concrete products
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Install or assist with rebar, wire, plates, anchors, insulation, and related materials
• Tie rebar, grind, buff, patch, and finish concrete
• Remove rough or defective concrete and complete repairs
• Operate pressure-washing or sandblasting equipment as assigned
• Move materials and tools using proper equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Conduct required pre-operation equipment inspections
• Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report safety concerns or incidents
• Perform other production and general labor duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Previous experience is helpful, but we are primarily looking for people who are dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work.

Preferred experience includes:

• Manufacturing
• Construction
• Landscaping
• Concrete work
• Hand and power tools

Candidates must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical & Work Requirements

This is a physically active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Lift and carry 35 lbs. or more
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical work
• Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Work around noise, dust, heat, cold, wind, and varying weather conditions
• Safely wear required PPE, including hard hat, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear
