Position Overview:
This position is responsible for analyzing used refrigerant prior to reclamation. This position will report to Laboratory Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Analyze used refrigerant samples utilizing Hudson’s micro-GC and Quick Screen gas chromatography procedures
- Learn both Perkin Elmer Totalchrom and Agilent Easychrom software
- Preparation of refrigerant samples for analysis
- Data entry into Hudson’s Refrigerant Handling System (RHS)
- Recovery of excess samples and evacuation of sample cylinders
- Labeling of analyzed cylinders of refrigerant
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline is required
- Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills are essential
- Result oriented, dependable, motivated individual with strong work ethics
- Good team player
- Attention to detail a must
