**Job Title: Laboratory Technician **

Shift-1st Shift

Pay rate - $25.35/hour

Location - Carlsbad, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform routine laboratory procedures, prepare buffers and reagents, handle chemicals, and maintain accurate documentation while following GMP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare buffers, reagents, membrane solutions, and test solutions.

• Perform basic mathematical calculations and data entry.

• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, labels, and inventory records.

• Keep the laboratory clean, safe, and organized.

• Order laboratory supplies and ensure equipment maintenance and calibration.

• Perform filtration, glassware washing, micropipetting, pipetting, reagent preparation, and weighing.

• Conduct solution testing using specialized equipment and follow established procedures.

• Follow GMP requirements, safety guidelines, and written instructions.

• Support laboratory experiments under supervision.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Chemistry or Life Sciences.

• GMP experience or prior GMP training required.

• Knowledge of general laboratory techniques and chemical handling.

• Medical device manufacturing or clinical laboratory experience preferred.

• Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow written and verbal instructions.

• No chemical allergies or sensitivities.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
