The Precision Guidance Sensing Solutions Product Line is seeking a uniquely qualified and motivated individual to provide Lab Coordinator support for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) factory and lab spaces. This individual will be responsible for helping THAAD inventory and order standard factory tooling and supplies and help with factory compliance. The position will be on 1st shift  working a 4/10 work schedule.  You will work cross functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain to support operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:

• Order standard tooling and supplies for the factory and lab spaces, keeping an accurate inventory and maintaining min/max quantities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask assignments and function under pressure.
• Able to prepare Facility Work Orders and general procurement orders.
• Maintain accurate records of requisitions, purchase orders, receiving reports, move tickets, project inventory, etc.
• Conducts weekly and quarterly lab self-assessments to ensure labs are operating in a safe and compliant manner. Must document and close out any deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Support to packaging operations.

Typical Education and Experience

Typically a High School Diploma and 3 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

• Must be able to obtain Active Secret Clearance.
• 4 years of experience working in manufacturing/operations 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.

Preferred Skills and Education

• High school diploma and 4 years of work experience, bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience
• Currently possesses Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in US defense industry manufacturing operations is highly desirable for this position.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Able to lift 30lbs.
