Responsibilities:

• Engage with and abide by all health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working in all environments.
• Use practical understanding of high pressure/high temperature testing, combined with a broad understanding of engineering principles and materials, to meet customer specifications and expectations.
• Provide detailed observations and notes on test progress
• This individual will work with our 2nd shift team, standard hours are 2:00 PM CST to 11:00 PM CST.
• The right person for this position will be responsible for setting up and testing up to 20,000 PSI, monitoring test and recording data.
• Operate and maintain laboratory test equipment, apparatus, systems, and supplies.
• Perform
• testing per internal, and external, customer standards.
• Maintain supplies in the lab.
• Assemble test vessels and set up test fixtures, including high pressure plumbing.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of test fixtures and seals.
• Records results of testing, inputs, and compiles data for reports.
• Maintain good housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working in an industrial environment on gas compression and processing equipment.
• Must be safety conscious and have experience working in hazardous environments.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Good IT Skills, proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Good basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail and task orientated individual.
• Ability to operate a forklift truck is preferred.
• CAD and Labview knowledge would be beneficial.
• Ability to bend, cone, and thread medium and high pressure tubing preferred.
