- Product Testing and Analysis
- Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and stability samples to ensure quality and production control.
- Compile laboratory test data and perform prescribed data analysis to determine the quality of product.
- Investigate and report questionable results to the Quality Manager; communicate out-of-specification or out-of-control situations to the Production Manager or Supervisor.
- Identify, store, retrieve and discard production sample retains as required.
- Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to specification to ensure operational soundness.

- Quality Control
- Follow prescribed operational methods and procedures in the performance of product analysis and use of related lab equipment to ensure reliable results.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product meets specification.

- Recordkeeping
- Maintain Laboratory documents and records in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Complete lab data sheets accurately and legibly; maintain electronic and paper records in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Complete the Certificate of Analysis in the absence of the Quality Manager when directed.
- Work closely with the Shipping Department to ensure timely customer sample shipments and sample receipts.

- Participate in the company’s safety awareness and incident prevention activities to maintain a safe work environment.
