Production Technician – Medical Device Manufacturing

$20.00/hour

We are hiring Production Technicians to support the manufacturing of advanced medical products used to promote wound healing. This is a cleanroom-based role offering consistent hours and an opportunity to be part of meaningful, patient-impacting work.

Schedules Available

Full-Time:

• - Monday–Friday
  • Sunday–Thursday
  • Tuesday–Saturday
  • (All shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Part-Time:

• - Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform production tasks such as preparation, testing, and documentation
• Operate lab and production equipment (balances, pipettes, etc.)
• Follow detailed written procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in production, lab, or cleanroom environments preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office)
• Basic math skills (measuring, counting, calculations)
• Comfortable working with animal-derived materials

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Cleanroom environment with controlled conditions
• Must be able to comply with cleanroom gowning and hygiene standards, including restrictions on cosmetics, artificial nails, nail polish, and jewelry
• Frequent standing for the majority of the shift
• Use of protective equipment, including gloves and glovebox
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
