We are looking for a Lab Admin Assistant to join us in our mission to create healthier indoor environments and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
 

Position Overview:
The Lab Admin Assistant plays a key role as part of the front office team, working quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment, receiving, sorting and checking in a high volume of devices daily.  We’re looking for a science-minded individual with strong front office skills to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and sorting test device samples 
• Data entry to log test devices
• Additional data entry necessary for inbound and outbound reports
• Cross Training across multiple functions/devices
• Provide customer support via phone/email
• Must be able to read (in English) and strictly follow standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong Data entry skills - preferably 60 wpm or higher
• 2+ years of front office experience 
• Proficiency using computer systems 
• Time management is critical; candidate must be comfortable managing workload to meet strict deadlines 
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and pivot as needed is essential.
