As a Kitting Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes to ensure efficiency and quality in our operations. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operators in the pre-weighing, batching, and kitting processes.
• Ensure all materials are accurately weighed and prepared according to specifications.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of compounder, batching, and pre-weighing processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
