About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Kiln Forklift Operator to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Kiln Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the kiln and forklift equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products are produced to meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification
• Experience operating kiln and forklift equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
• Experience with computerized kiln and forklift equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain kiln and forklift equipment
• Monitor and adjust kiln temperature and humidity levels
• Load and unload materials from the kiln and forklift
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborate with production team to ensure quality and safety standards are met
