Overview:

Operate applicator system to product specifications without causing downtime to the production line.

Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

• Set up all piping for kettles and applicator
• Verify Mokon unit temperature and water level settings
• Temper gelatin to be ready to apply to product at shift start
• Know and verify proper applicator and kettle settings
• Know and follow water/gelatin mix ratio
• Stay ahead of production needs throughout day
• Limit waste by timing needs at shift end
• Break down equipment at end of shift

Qualifications:

• Must have less than 7 points
• No write-ups in the past 12 months
• Must be in present position at least six (6) months
