Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using G-Code to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Set up and change over CNC machines for various production runs.
• Utilize GD&T principles to interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting on CNC machines and tooling to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct precision measurements using hand metrology tools to verify part quality.
• Assist in manual machining tasks as needed to support production goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC programming and machine setups.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CNC programming and G-Code.
• Strong understanding of CNC tooling and machine setup/changeover processes.
• Experience with GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for CNC machinery.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and design.
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement and hand metrology.
• Manual machining skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
