What You'll Do:

Responsible for first-level support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.

Provides helpdesk support, resolves user issues, and contributes to continuous improvement through trend analysis.

Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems.
Provide first-level support for user questions, errors, and troubleshooting.
Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
