Job Description:

Corrchoice, Div. of Greif Packaging, Concord, NC, the southeast’s leading manufacturer of high quality corrugated packaging products is currently accepting applications for Jumbo Press & Machine operators for 2nd or 3rd shift.

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00/hr with progressive increases to $23.17/hr during probationary period. Our extensive benefits package includes health insurance-now available on day one, production bonus, 401K with employer matching, profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates machinery controls to maximize efficiency in the production of quality corrugated sheets or boxes.
• Inspects and prepares stacked units for shipping meeting all customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe and organized work area

All applicants must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift, have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and read a tape measure to 1/16 inch. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well with a team in a fast pace production environment.
• Fundamental understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
