Now Hiring: Experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians

**Hourly Pay: **$26 – $33 per hour (PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)

Job Location: Vineland, NJ 08360

Hours: 70-80+ hours a week

Duration: 2+ years

**Perdiem: $150 per day, 7 days a week **(for candidates living over 90 miles from the jobsite)

We are currently seeking **highly skilled Journeyman Industrial Electricians **with strong data center experience for long-term industrial and mission-critical projects. If you are a proficient conduit bender, control systems specialist, and take pride in quality workmanship in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be safety-oriented, detail-focused, and able to produce high-quality work while adhering to strict data center protocols.

Key Requirements:

• Basic Requirements- At least 7x years of Experience in Industrial/Heavy Commercial Job Settings

  • Ability to work 12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week
  • Ability to work low and high temperature environments throughout the year
  • **Employee owns and brings various types of hand tools **(REQUIRED)
  • Ability to work with various power tools
  • Ability to operate a Lull/Forklift (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a Drug Test and Physical
  • Ability to Operate a Scissor Lift, Articulating Lift, and Boom Lift (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to wear PPE every day with **zero **issues- Hardhat (Required)- Safety Glasses (Required)- Long Pants (Required)- Work Boots (Composite Toe)

• Advanced Conduit Bending Expertise:- Proficient with hand benders, Triple Nickel (Chicago) benders, hydraulic benders, and one-shot benders

  • Must have solid experience bending **3/4" to 4" EMT **conduit with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to cut and install conduit from 3/4" to 4" EMT safely and properly

• Wire Pulling & Termination:- Experienced in pulling and terminating conductors ranging from 18 AWG to 500 kcmil

  • Strong knowledge of proper cable management, pulling techniques, and termination standards
  • Ability to operate Terminating power tools safely

• Electrical Control Systems:- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls

• Cable Tray Installation:- Experienced running and supporting 12" to 48"cable tray systems

• Data Center Specific Experience (Highly Preferred):- Work in mission-critical data center environments

  • Installation and maintenance of critical power systems(UPS, PDUs, RPPs, busway)
  • Experience with redundant power distribution, generators, and backup systems
  • Knowledge of raised access flooring, overhead bus duct, and underfloor power systems
  • Strong understanding of **grounding & bonding **requirements in data centers
  • Ability to work in live electrical environments with strict change control and minimal downtime procedures
  • Familiarity with data center **tier standards **and best practices for reliability

Compensation & Benefits Package:

• **Hourly Pay: **$26 – $35 per hour (PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)- We actively look at worker performance and offer chances for raises depending on various factors

  • Manager-to-Employee Reviews Yearly

• **Overtime: **Time and a Half Pay after 40 hours

• **Saturday: **Automatic Time and a Half Pay

• **Sunday: **Automatic Double Time Pay

• **Holidays: **Double Time pay

• **Per Diem: **$150 per day (for candidates living 90+ miles from the jobsite)

• **Benefits: **Health, Vision, and Dental insurance (Eligible after Probationary Period)

• Drive Time:Going from one Jobsite to another Jobsite
