Job Description

SUMMARY

This occupation requires skill and performance in all phases of welding. GTAW, GMAW and FCAW.  Perform such operations as welding assemblies, subject to pressure, structural assemblies, complete manifold assemblies, and parts and/or assemblies of light gauge material. (Approximately .010 and thicker.) Able to certify in any or all materials as required in 6-G GTAW Process This occupation requires performing manual tasks requiring moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending and considerable time standing. Minimum five (5) years experience as a combination welder. Must be able to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to perform radiographic quality welding.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Able to weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Able to work in the development of first run parts and assemblies.
• Apply welds, using any or all methods or machines available.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.
• Must have own welding hood and hand tools.

This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.
