We’re targeting candidates with 5–15 years of experience in the Tool & Die trade, ideally including 5+ years working at a Journeyman level. The strongest fits are individuals who have hands-on experience building complete production dies, not just supporting a tooling department. .

• Deep‑draw dies

• Full new die builds

• Die repair and modification

• Tool assembly and die fitting

• Tryout and debugging

• Press troubleshooting

• Trim‑edge development

• Form development

• Ability to work from part and detail prints

Technical Skills & Capabilities

• Blueprint reading and GD&T

• Manual toolroom equipment

• Machining blocks and details

• Grinding and precision measurement

• Production support and preventive tooling maintenance

You should be proficient in:

• Troubleshooting Skills
• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
• Blueprint Reading
