We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct repairs and installations of various systems and components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Must have Have Journeyman License
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
