We are currently seeking a Journeyman-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our skilled maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility.

Position Summary

The Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Maintain and repair presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and automated production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC experience preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required
