Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mechanical HVAC Installation/Service Journeyman to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is an on-site position responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.

  • Performing system diagnostics and identifying mechanical and electrical issues.

  • Conducting inspections to ensure safety and code compliance.

  • Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.

  • Providing exceptional customer service on every job.

  • Delivering quality workmanship while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman License (required)

  • EPA Universal Certification (required)

  • OSHA-10 Certification

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or residential HVAC installation and service experience

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration, and troubleshooting

  • Ability to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment

  • Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lead, train, and mentor apprentices or helpers

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor environments

  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA-30 Certification

  • Commercial HVAC experience

  • Refrigeration Recovery Certification

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Experience leading installation crews or service teams

  • Additional manufacturer certifications or continuing education in the HVAC field
