We are seeking a full-time Mechanical HVAC Installation/Service Journeyman to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is an on-site position responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Performing system diagnostics and identifying mechanical and electrical issues.
Conducting inspections to ensure safety and code compliance.
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Providing exceptional customer service on every job.
Delivering quality workmanship while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.

Current Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman License (required)
EPA Universal Certification (required)
OSHA-10 Certification
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or residential HVAC installation and service experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, refrigeration, and troubleshooting
Ability to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead, train, and mentor apprentices or helpers
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor environments
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional integrity
OSHA-30 Certification
Commercial HVAC experience
Refrigeration Recovery Certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience leading installation crews or service teams
Additional manufacturer certifications or continuing education in the HVAC field
