Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing effective solutions.
• Perform repairs on malfunctioning HVAC systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with clients to explain service options and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, service, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
