We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician Lead to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and troubleshooting various electrical systems and equipment within our facility. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians in daily operations and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R and refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure facilities are operating efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices.
• Stay updated on industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and refrigeration systems.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
