We are seeking a skilled, well-rounded Journeyman Electrician with a strong mix of residential and light commercial experience to join our team based out of Newark, Delaware. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role requiring a top-tier technician who can work independently on-site while serving as the primary face of the company to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Technical Execution: Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems in residential homes and light commercial environments.
- Layout & Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical layouts to execute projects efficiently and up to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact on-site. Explain technical issues to homeowners and business managers in clear, understandable terms.
- Relationship Management: Discuss repair options, present clear pricing/estimates, build trust, and maintain a highly professional demeanor in clients' homes and workplaces.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean work area, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure all installations pass local Delaware inspections.
Required Qualifications- Licensing: Must possess a valid, active Delaware Journeyman Electrician License.
- Experience: Minimum of 4–5+ years of electrical experience, with a proven track record handling both residential wiring and light commercial projects (office fit-outs, small retail, etc.).
- Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting complex circuitry, panel upgrades, running and bending conduit, and installing fixtures/devices.
- Customer Facing: Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and presentable.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders or lifts.
