We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and **Delaware Licensed Journeyman Electrician
** to join our team as a permanent, full-time hire. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can work independently, seamlessly transitions between commercial and residential job sites, and is ready to hit the ground running immediately.
What You Will Do
Electrical Execution: Run, troubleshoot, and complete electrical installations across both commercial and residential projects.
Independent Operations: Work autonomously, manage your own daily schedule efficiently, and make critical on-site decisions without constant supervision.
Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets local Delaware electrical codes, National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and safety regulations.
Client & Team Interaction: Professional interaction with property owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Licensure: Must hold a valid Delaware Journeyman Electrician License (active and in good standing).
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in both commercial and residential settings.
Autonomy: Strong ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take full ownership of assigned jobs.
Estimating (Plus): Previous experience with material takeoffs, job bidding, or estimating is a major plus, but not required.
Availability: Ready to start immediately or on short notice (ASAP hire).
Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving a company vehicle).
Stable, long-term permanent placement with consistent year-round work.
