**Join*Mister Sparky® of Southeast Oakland County*, a locally owned residential electrical service company backed by a nationally recognized home-services brand.

We are hiring a Michigan-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing residential service team in Farmington.

Residential service experience is preferred, but it is not required. We welcome licensed electricians from commercial construction, industrial maintenance, facilities, generators, service work, and other electrical backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into residential service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical problems

- Install and replace panels, services, breakers, circuits, wiring, devices, fixtures, generators, and other electrical components

- Identify electrical safety and code concerns

- Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners

- Complete accurate job notes, photos, invoices, and work-order documentation

- Work independently while maintaining high safety and quality standards

- Help establish the field standards of a growing local operation

QUALIFICATIONS

- Active Michigan Journeyman Electrician license required

- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills

- Residential, commercial, industrial, construction, maintenance, facilities, or generator experience

- Willingness to work in occupied homes and learn our residential service process

- Professional communication and customer-service skills

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- Dependable, organized, and safety-focused

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $46-$50 per hour in guaranteed base pay
