Do you have a passion for precision machining and a knack for problem-solving? Kauai Coffee is seeking a skilled and experienced Journey Worker Machinist to join our team. As a Journey Worker Machinist, you'll play a vital role in our production process, operating a variety of machine tools to create high-quality precision metal parts. 

This is a full time benefits eligible position with a pay rate of $30.88 p/hr.

What you'll do:

• Operate various machine tools, including lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain and troubleshoot machine tools
• Train and supervise new machinists

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Machinist or a combination of education and experience equal to 5 years. 
• Proven ability to operate a variety of machine tools
• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
