**The Job: **
As a Tool Crib Attendant, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an on-site employee based in Hampstead, MD. You’ll get to:
Clean and polish powdered metal tooling after production runs
Evaluate tool condition and assess the need for reface
Coordinate and prioritize tooling needs for production
Repair and replace tools as needed, using Ariba to create and manage purchase orders
Provide tool maintenance support
Maintain log of tool inventory, using the Tool Track software
Maintain tool room supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
**The Person: **

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Basic proficiency or ability to learn applicable software (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Tool Track, Ariba)
Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement, demonstrated by a work history of safe performance, accuracy, and attention to detail in the work performed, as well as constructive problem solving and suggestions for improvement
Ability to handle continuous standing of up to 8 to 10 hours daily
Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 33 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance
Safe, reliable, and efficient material handling techniques
Available to work daily and weekly overtime as required

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $22.52- $24.74 per hour. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
