Job Responsibilities
1. To furnish supplies to the appropriate work centers
2. Remove finished goods from the production area
3. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
* Previous work experience required working with minimal supervision
* Ability to work with others as a team
* Knowledge of the inventory system
* Ability to obtain a PV3 License
* Knowledge of shop floor reporting system
* Knowledge of AS/400 system
* Knowledge of the RF Scanning System
* No performance work actions in the last 6 months
* No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
* PHYSICAL: Ability to lift 50 pounds from a pallet to waist height
Preferred Qualifications
* PV3 License
* Previous related work experience
* Must have a Forklift and Rider Jack License with no poor driving reports

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.15, 6 months $21.51, 1 year $22.16 per hour.
