Job Responsibilities
1. Operate the Reiser Stuffer safely and efficiently
2. Get product out with little downtime
3. Be aware of quality and safety issues
4. Be able to communicate with other employees
5. Daily set up and tear down of the Reiser Stuffer
6. Able to rotate through all positions of the area
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor when Reiser is not running
8. Product tracking efficiently
9. Part accountability for linkers, Reiser and tapers
10. Make sure all boxes and supplies are put away
Minimum Qualifications
* Mechanical skills based on experience or training
* Basic math skills
* No performance work actions in the last 6 months
* No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
* PHYSICAL: Good personal hygiene
* No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-degree environment
* No restrictions prohibiting pushing 500-pound v-mags
* No restrictions prohibiting bending, twisting or grasping
* Must be able to work with Pork products
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous machine experience
* Previous experience in Branded Retail
* Knowledge of Retail product codes

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.15, 6 months $21.51, 1 year $22.16 per hour.
