Job Description

Malone Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support a cleaning team in Greensboro, NC. This position is responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners
• Conduct quality inspections within assigned work areas
• Ensure cleaning standards and customer satisfaction expectations are met or exceeded
• Assist with training housekeeping and janitorial staff
• Help create daily and weekly work schedules and assignments
• Support team members with cleaning duties as needed
• Maintain communication with supervisors and staff regarding job expectations and performance

Cleaning Duties Include

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors
• Dusting furniture, vents, lights, blinds, and fixtures
• Emptying trash and wastebaskets
• Cleaning restrooms, windows, and common areas
• Maintaining cleanliness in buildings, facilities, or assigned workspaces
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
• Flexibility to perform various cleaning duties as needed
