Job Summary

This a part-time position. Ability to work and complete tasks as an individual with minimum or limited supervision as well as working with other co-workers in a team effort while completing assigned schedule of duties.

Primary Duties

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.

  • Clean restrooms, offices, and public areas following proper cleaning procedures.

  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and empty trash in public areas.

  • Pay attention to detail with regard to specific areas of dusting of desktops and fixtures.

  • Perform all aspects of vacuuming of carpets in offices under desks and edges.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Have a high regard for customers property when cleaning offices.

  • Clean glass of all doorways and entrances to offices.

  • Complete any task deemed necessary by the Supervisor / Crew Chief.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good oral/verbal communication skills.
