Job Details:

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Description

This position is responsible for providing operating jack on a daily basis in the designated area.

Tasks

This position is responsible for operating a pallet jack, moving product to necessary location, loading and unloading of combos and skids of product, requires a licensed driver (training supplied), must be able to change battery as needed (training supplied) This position will be required to maneuver pallet jack around belts, tables, bending, lifting, turning, pulling and twisting, continual gripping of the control handle of the jack, be able to move about, walk entire department throughout shift, must maintain up keep of pallet jack while in Team Members possession, must be aware of all obstacles in all areas of travel (including other Team Members). This position must be able to lift tubs with weights up to 70lbs, work flexible hours including weekend, if necessary, work in a cold and wet environment (approx. 50 degrees).

This position will also assist in all areas as needed and any other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application. Prefer 3 months of Operator experience.
