Job Title: Supply Chain Manager & Inventory Coordinator
Reports to: General Manager (FabCorp)
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the day-to-day purchasing activities for FabCorp to include Raw Material, MRO and Outside Services. Will also need to ensure accurate stock levels, timely material availability, efficient production flow, and correct lot bin and asset inventory.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Essential duties and responsibilities):
• Procurement of raw and semi-finished material, finished goods and special processes.
• Issue and track Purchase Orders.
• Specifies required certifications, records and other documentation according to drawings, specifications, procedures, customer requirements and/or contract.
• Ensure proper documentation (drawings, company specifications, procedures, etc.) accompanies each purchase order and revision, as required.
• Obtain RFQs for material requirements, as required.
• Establish suppliers and identify subcontractors for consideration.
• Schedule pickup and deliveries of purchased products.
• Monitor suppliers for pricing, quality and on-time deliveries.
• May be required to assist in the resolution of material and documentation nonconformities.
• Daily review of receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Follows company safety & security guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems and generate reports on stock levels and usage.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize inventory control, reduce waste & keep track of machine assets.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required (College preferred)
Minimum two (2) years experience in purchasing and basic knowledge
