Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, IT, this role will provide day-to-day technical support across our three PA facilities, ensuring smooth IT operations and reliable ERP performance. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong prioritization skills, eager to work in a collaborative, small-team environment where flexibility is key.
- End-User Support: Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Software & Application Support: Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, ERP system, and other business software.
- ERP System Support: Assist with ERP user support, data maintenance, and troubleshooting; collaborate with the business process owners for continuous improvement.
- Business Intelligence: Support reporting and dashboard development; assist users in accessing and interpreting data.
- Vendor/Partner Coordination: Work with managed service providers for network and infrastructure escalations.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain IT knowledge base, create user guides, and provide basic training to staff.
- Project Participation: Support IT projects such as software upgrades, ERP enhancements, and process automation.
- Cross-Site Flexibility: Work primarily at the Plymouth Meeting Plant, with travel to Conshohocken and North Wales sites.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of IT support or systems experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
