We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to support our computer systems, users, software platforms, and basic network needs. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable troubleshooting technology issues in a business environment.

The Entry-Level IT Technician will assist with setting up equipment, supporting employees with daily technical issues, maintaining basic IT records, helping with onboarding new hires, and supporting Microsoft platforms such as Teams, Office, and other business software.

Responsibilities

Set up computers, monitors, printers, phones, and other office technology
Assist employees with basic technical support and troubleshooting
Help maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
Support Microsoft Teams, Office, email, and other company software
Assist with onboarding technology setup for new hires
Help document repairs, fixes, equipment inventory, and maintenance needs
Support software migrations and basic system updates
Monitor equipment needs and report shortages
Follow company IT security and data privacy procedures
Escalate complex issues to senior support or outside vendors when needed
